On behalf of the Pacific Islands Forum Taskforce I’d like to thank you for the outstanding performance of your company in relation to your work on the 40th Pacific Islands Forum in Cairns, 4-7 August 2009.

Heads of government summits are always challenging events to organise given the constant changes and detailed planning.  Despite the demands, you undertook whatever task was required with the impeccable professionalism we came to expect of Signcorp and all the staff.

You should be extremely proud of your performance which contributed to an enormously successful Forum as commented on by many, not least by the Secretary-General and Prime Minister Rudd.

It was really a great pleasure working with you.  I wish you every success and I hope you enjoyed your experience with the Taskforce.  I have also enclosed a Certificate of Appreciation.

Logistics Manager, Pacific Islands Forum Taskforce | Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet

Just wanted to formally thank you and your team for the exceptional work that was carried out on the Pacific Islands Forum signage.

We were a little nervous about engaging your services knowing the huge scale of the project and from my point of view the concern over using a supplier that we had never worked with before.  Needless to say any fears I had were put to rest very quickly as your professionalism and quality of work became evident.

Our initial scoping of the task and your valuable input into project and contingency plans helped streamline the project far more effectively.  All this in the context of incredibly tight timelines.

A special mention also to your team who worked those long hours with little sleep.  They were always helpful and courteous and did a fantastic job.

Your efforts were noticed by the department and their contractors who are also very appreciative.

You were a pleasure to work with, thanks again for everything and I certainly hope that we can do business together someday soon.
